ALAF opens new showroom in Tunduma to enhance customer service

SONGWE: In marking the Customer Service Week, ALAF Tanzania Limited, which is the leading building solutions company, has with pride opened a new showroom in Tunduma town, Songwe Region.

The new move is a clear indication of ALAF’S dedication to offer better services and satisfy their customers especially those in Tunduma and neighbouring towns.

The new showroom comes at a time when Tunduma town is growing fast as a result of a lot of developmental projects in the town which is at the Tanzania-Zambia border. The showroom will be an important resource to area residents and entrepreneurs as it will ensure they get the right building solutions that are of high quality from ALAF without travelling long distances.

The Songwe Regional Commissioner, Hon. Daniel Chongolo lauded ALAF for the new move insisting that it symbolizes ALAF’s commitment to its customers and ensuring they get quality services.

“The opening of this showroom during the Customer Service Week shows ALAF’s determination in improving the provision of services to Tunduma residents. This will save on time and enable them to get the right building solutions easily,” he said.

The RC further appealed to Tunduma residents to take advantage of this new showroom and go for the best building solutions and value for money as ALAF is known for top quality.

He further noted that Tunduma residents have no reason to construct sub standard buildings now that ALAF has come closer to them with the best solutions.

“As government, we will continue supporting all investors in Tunduma including ALAF and ensure there is a conducive business environment to ensure you get good returns from your investment,” he stressed.

On his part, the ALAF Heaf of Service Centre, Naeem Abdul said they were delighted to open the new showroom in Tunduma and insisted that this was aimed at enhancing relations with customers.

“We are delighted to launch this showroom during the Customer Service Week which proves our commitment to provide better services. This will assist us to understand our customers’ needs and give them timely solutions,” he said.

According to the manager, ALAF has heeded the long time call to open a showroom in Tunduma so as to satisfy customer needs.
