Kariakoo Derby set for Oct 19

DAR ES SALAAM: The 2024/25 NBC Premier League is gearing up for an electrifying season, with the long-awaited clash between Simba SC and Young Africans Sc set to kick off on October 19.
The Premier League timetable, released on Friday by the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB), reveals that Simba SC will host Yanga in the Kariakoo Derby at the KMC Complex as its home ground.
The rivalry will reach fever pitch once again on March 1, 2025, when Yanga SC will host the return fixture at the iconic Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
The times table shows the new Premier League season is set to start with a bang on August 16, as Pamba Jiji takes on Tanzania Prisons Sc at the CCM Kirumba Stadium.

Simba SC will begin their title quest on August 18, welcoming Tabora United to their home ground, KMC Complex.
Young Africans, eager to defend their crown, will kick off their campaign on August 29, facing Kagera Sugar FC away at Kaitaba Stadium.
Meanwhile, Azam FC will look to make a statement in their opener on August 28, as they go head-to-head with JKT Tanzania Fc at Meja-jen- Isamuhyo Stadium.
The 2024/25 NBC Premier League season, filled with high-stakes matches and intense rivalries, is set to culminate in May 2025, promising fans a thrilling ride from start to finish.
