Majaliwa adjourns Bunge sessions

DODOMA: The Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has adjourned the final 2023/24 bunge session until August 27 after Members of Parliament approved the 49.3tri/- budget and Finance Bill for the fiscal year 2024/25.

“I thank all MPs for your cooperation throughout the Parliament session,” he said during a live speech. “I thank you for your valuable contributions that give fresh direction to our government.”

The 16th session of Parliament, which will begin on August 27, 2024 will focus on discussing various legislative amendment bills, including the Tanzania Airports Authority Bill, the Child Protection Amendment Bill, and the Miscellaneous Amendments Bill.
