President Samia offers Young Africans private flight to Mbeya

Young Africans says President Samia Suluhu Hassan has provided a special flight to transport the team to Mbeya for their tomorrow’s league match versus Mbeya City.

The club’s President Hersi Said, speaking with Wasafi Radio on Monday morning confirms that their flight will leave Dar es Salaam at 11:00pm.

“Initially, we booked a 7:00pm flight to Mbeya but President Samia has invited us for dinner hence our schedule has changed.

“We are thankful to President Samia with all the support she is rendering to us,” says Hersi.

According to him, after their last league match against Tanzania Prisons on June 9th, the squad
will return back to Dar es Salaam on June 10th for the championship parade.

“Last season, our title parade was done in an open bus and this season, the open bus will also be available plus other surprises.

“After the parade, the team will fly to Tanga in a chartered plane for the Azam Sports Federation Cup (ASFC) finals on June 12th,” says him.
