President Samia to attend Ramaphosa’s inauguration

TANZANIA: Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan is expected to attend the inauguration ceremony of South African President-elect Cyril Ramaphosa.

The Head of State set to leave the country on Tuesday evening.

South African President-elect Cyril Ramaphosa, re-elected for a second term, will be inaugurated on Wednesday”.
The inauguration will be held at the Amphitheatre of the Union Buildings and South Lawns.

Cyril Ramaphosa was re-elected as the President of South Africa at the first sitting of the National Assembly of the seventh democratic administration on Friday.

The inaugural ceremony is expected to be attended by SA Members of Parliament, dignitaries, foreign Heads of State, other guests and members of the public.
