ADDIS ABABA: SIMBA Queens will face PVP Buyenzi in their final Group B match of the CECAFA Women’s Champions League qualifiers at Abebe Bikila Stadium in Addis Ababa today.
Having already secured their place in the semi-finals; Simba Queens will look to complete their group stage with a perfect record.
Depending on their final position in the group, they will either face the Group A runner up or the Group A leaders in the semi-finals.
The Tanzanian team has been in formidable form throughout the tournament, winning both of their previous matches with commanding performances.
They began their campaign with a 5-0 victory over FAD Djibouti and followed it up with a 3-0 triumph against Uganda’s Kawempe Muslim Ladies.
